It would try to start but would invariably fail. And the ERAServer service wasn't even up. I took a look at the /var/log/eset/RemoteAdministrator/Server/trace.log and I noticed that I've got errors. I followed the instructions to reset the password but that didn't help.

I followed the Upgrade/migration site and was going to Login to the webconsole, which I couldn't due to a login error. So I opted to manually upgrade the setup.
